I live in México. I fucking hate that Yankees brought their nasty comercial white bread here. We have so much more bread and tortilla options, for cheaper and much more tastier.

How do you make sandwiches with European bread?
With le baguette you just slice half of it in 2 and it’s done.
Sliced white bread without any cheese or jam tastes like paper. Boule, even just as is, has its own good taste.
This is a key factor in distinguishing good and bad bread. If you can eat bread alone then it’s good.
