Regardless of how you get about Biden, blocking a new user that’s clearly a shit-stirrer is the move here.

Honestly one of my favorite things about Lemmy being relatively small/niche. So easy to block the nuisance users and communities and just move on with your life.

Oh, Biden ordered the invasion did he? Or should the rest of the world have just let Russia do whatever without a word?

Jfc, here it goes, jackasses spamming political shit everywhere.

Edit: Maybe people don’t realize it, but every fucking election cycle for the US, you get this shit. It isn’t the actual politically obsessed people that are the problem, though they don’t help.

It isn’t the bullshit two party slap fighting that’s the problem, but it definitely makes it possible.

It’s the fucking manipulative jackasses stirring pots for their own gain/plan that are the problem.

It’s the amplification of the stupidity that every partisan dick swinging already engages in that allows the outside manipulating to occur and fade into the background, it’s the reason the US is particularly vulnerable to this kind of propaganda warfare.

I don’t know if the particular idiot that posted this lame, dumb shit is just another jackass braying about their perceived enemy, or if it’s a branch of the usual suspects that target reddit, Facebook, twitter, and every other forum out there come election time.

But here’s what I do know. If a given C/ or subreddit bans the politics during election year, you end up with a fuck ton less drama in your forum. You end up with a lot less fake posts by fake accounts over time as well because good moderation actively prunes away the fakes.

And it’s necessary because if there isn’t direct and comprehensive resistance to the bullshit, a given community can get taken over fast.

So, don’t be a jackass. Don’t dump political shit like this everywhere, and it at least minimizes the problem. Keep stupidity like this to places that are directly political.

The Biden administration says it’s willing to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian, so you’re right: he DGAF about Ukranians, either.

The Biden administration says it’s willing to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian

          A) That’s a very uncharitable interpretation of the administration’s policies

          B) I think it SHOULD be the stated aim of the administration

When your adversary makes a mistake this big you make them pay for it. If you can make them pay using an eager third party, you definitely help them out. It’s a win/win.

Unfortunately your country lacks the nerve to remain the hegemonic power, and will suffer the consequences.

And the Ukrainians are left trying to fight off a former superpower holding their dicks in their hands because Joe can’t get them munitions.

Am I supposed to be a slang maestro now?

Sorry but I find it challenging to fully grasp the linguistic intricacies prevalent among individuals in Alabama. The nuances of their language and communication style present a unique complexity that requires a deeper understanding.
