How do you deal with permanent addresses? I know like some jobs want you to have a permanent address and bank accounts want you to have a permanent address.

That’s not personally something I’ve ever seen, but if you know of any good communities that add alt text to their memes, I would be interested in at least taking a look. It’s not the memes themselves that I have the problem with, it’s the fact that they are images, and I’ve never seen a single one described unless I’ve asked for it.

Take a look at Thunder. It has had notifications for quite a long time. They are delayed by 15 minutes, but that’s nothing compared to not getting notifications at all.
