I get the feeling that you like China a lot.
Of course the Chinese government is going to give Americans a warm welcome on their propaganda app. You’re not going to see chinese people talking about Hong Kong, Uyghurs, Child labor. They could easily go to jail if they did any of that.
I would just buy houses in fancy HOA neighborhoods and let homeless people live there.
I got lucky on the fact that I’m old now so I was able to buy a house in 2014 with a low interest rate. I also live in a low cost of living area, my mortgage, which includes property taxes and house insurance is $1k/mo. The majority is that goes to taxes and insurance, interest is about $60/mo. I have 5 more years on the 15 yr mortgage. I’ve gotten lucky that we’ve not had to have any major repairs in the past ten years, but I was looking for houses that were who built with good roofing and hvac systems since those are the two killers. The house has a lot of dated aesthetics from every decade from the sixties onwards, but that stuff is easy and cheap, plus you’re probably going to do that kind of stuff anyway.
You will be called “the new hire” until I eventually learn what your name is in a year or two.
I read some of your post titles and there’s definitely room to improve the simplicity of what you’re trying to say.
You can talk about the most complex topics with people as long as you know how to explain them in an easily digestible form. If you look at the titles of many scientific studies they will have long and convoluted titles that sound impressive, but in actuality could be refined into something much shorter and easier to understand.
It doesn’t matter what you’re writing, using plain language doesn’t mean you’re dumbing it down. It makes it easier to read and understand what you’re trying to say. You can take corporate jargon as the opposite of this. It can be vague, different people will have different definitions of certain words.

Simplified writing is good writing.
Just create aliases with words you’ll remember. Fart, Fart2, ect.
I suppose you could use targeted social media algorithms to target people within a certain area who are service workers who are more likely to see him. So they could theoretically manipulate people into better recognizing him.
I think that the gun and everything else were dumped and found and the cops are saying he had them on him when he didn’t. I think they know it’s him, but they didn’t use legal means to identify him (parallel construction). They might have used some kind of new way of tracking people that they don’t want to reveal to the public.
Fourth option, he’s taking the fall for a love interest.
