Yeah they do KYC (know your customer). Pretty straightforward anyway.

And Amos was so great. Both the actor and the character. The books are possibly even better
Oh nice, I knew “when you assume you make an ass of u and me”
Oh right, I’ve read about that on coconut crabs I think. There you go, they are already half there.
Mhh, insects in general IIRC are also constrained by the fact they have exoskeletons: i.e. their internal organs are just in a bag. So they can’t grow too much or they just squish I think.
Imagine them being able to become vertebrates. You can have insects the size of cats I think before the osmosis breathing tubes they currently have are not a thing. Lungs would be the next thing I guess.
Disclaimer: I’m not a biologist and just make stuff up from what I remember from high school biology, and it was last millennium!
make a grocery shopping list (or any to-do list)
Stretch your legs by raising them straight (still sitting down) and rotate your feet
Stretch your arms up and move your neck, rotate your shoulders
Think what went well today
Seems to me the whole argument boils down to “they (the passkeys) are generally saved in proprietary non-communicating stores”, which is fair. But then the problem is not the passkey, it’s the fact that we (as usual) give all our stuff to corps. It’s the eternal struggle of easy of use vs. better security.
I host my own vaultwarden btw 😊
Hum, what’s the use case exactly? Two or more people controlling the same desktop at the same time seems really frustrating…
good to know, thank you for the insights! Tbh Tailscale/headscale has been quite stable, so maybe I’ll stay were I am. Or move to nebula because why not? :D
You can selfhost it with headscale (the server). It’s really simple to set up and use. I’m also considering moving to zerotier because a) it’s completely opensource and b) the wifi management software I’m looking into (openwisp) has native integration
I’ve installed ROCM before reading that my AMD GPU does not support it
Nice try mr. Copper! 😝
Maybe fix the social issues as well so there’s no need to riot
I knew there was going to be someone as childish funny as me in here!
Dropped my martini on thinkpad. Dried it out with a cloth the best I could. Nothing happened apart that every time it warmed up it started smelling of Martini
Quit smoking.
Apart from that, it’s been a clusterfuck.
oh wow, didn’t know about that. I did play TA a lot (I mean, I still play it sometimes, big bertha feels sooo good!). But yes, the idea behind them is pretty much the same as TA
it’s about the single player storyline. It feels like BAR is more geared towards online/multiplayer, while zero-k has a proper full single player campaign. Don’t get me wrong, I played with BAR for quite some time and it’s still a great game, I just “clicked” better with zero-k.
Apart some of the already mentioned (mindustry, 0ad, beyond all reasons, zero-k), also minetest (minecraft), destination sol.
l’ve tried hege wars (worms clone) but found it meh. Sometimes supertux.
Just as a test, can you try ubuntu? It looks like you tried “enterprise” distros, may be worth with a more generic one, maybe they have a different set drivers.
Also, can you try running lspci command, maybe it shows any devices it doesn’t recognize (so you can investigate those specifically). Pretty sure there is also a gui app about drivers, but I’m not familiar with kde.
