Sure. Not as a regular thing, but as a fast meal before a long drive through an area with few options.
I wouldn’t suggest it daily.

Yes.
By Planning.
I didn’t think it would work for the first 10 years. I just wanted to eat better cat food in retirement.
Pursuing higher paid jobs when I can. Changing jobs periodically. Pursuing higher pay until the pay asked for my soul. Then stepped back, changed jobs, and make way more for less.
Paying down debt when possible. Building up to a constant dollar figure of debit and investment per month. Growing that when I can. I now save 40%+ of my income.
Keeping my spending low by prioritizing my time on free things. Prioritizing the money I spend on high pact purchases.
Planning with 4% rule. Works out to needing 300 times your monthly spend in savings. Driving that number down. A $15 a month expense requires $4,500 invested to support.
A great market runup.
I am glad I did too. My friends are dying. One’s 40’s are rough.
I don’t know what you do, so this may not help.
Sometimes the exhaustion is more habit and expectation. If you don’t go home one day, do you have more energy? (Just answer to yourself.) Like one week you were exhausted, but then home became exhausting by habit.
Honest Answer: Legal requirements.
Local offices have more competition.
Holy FUCK!!
Posing as a child in Roblox’s “therapy” experience, our therapist introduced himself as a “rapper with only one p”. We were advised to run away from home and that he would come pick us up so we could move into his basement in exchange for paying rent with our body.
Good advice. One should always test, for correctness, not just infer.
Having a rule written about their actions, or a law named after them.
For the rules, they did something stupid and management wants it to not happen again. If a law, then they were the victim of something terrible.
(Slim chance it was heroic, or cool.)
That is a kickass bed. That was a lot of work. Happy to have seen this meme just to see the bed.
Thought MMT was recently disproved.
No sources. Thought the recent inflation showed it to not model things. It would be great if MMT worked though.

What is there to explain?
Please explain.
you think the distros have to implement their own version of Wayland?
Nope. They do have to test their own shit.
Why make a change when one can just not?
But why would the distros do that? It takes effort and has real costs for them.
Top 6 hours, then New, then top 12 hours.
It is not enough to make a better product.
It is not enough to create all tooling and libraries to seamlessly migrate to the new product, but it helps.
There also needs to be a great big positive reason to make the change. Paying developers, huge user base, the only hardware support, great visuals, etc.
Until I cannot run software on X11, I won’t switch over knowingly.
Thank you for pulling the image out.
This talk surprised me at the time. I was starting the eye opening experience of design hardware. Linux more orchestrates the hardware than controlling it.
To avoid convo in multiple places, it is in reply to message you replied to.

We are. Just in opposing directions, imperfectly, and poorly.
Have you considered joining a group of like minded people with whom to coordinate? That might move the needle in your preferred direction.
