I assume OP is Chinese. The localization and app support in Deepin is great for Chinese-made apps (QQ and WeChat for example).

The main Ubuntu flavor is pretty heavy since it uses GNOME, you are better off running Lubuntu, Xubuntu or Ubuntu Mate. For very low end hardware you could use something like antiX.
I’m using Void Linux and see no reason to move over to NixOS. The concept seems cool though.
