I remember being young and making bad political decisions. If my generation got to do that why not gen alpha? I hope the legacy my generation leaves behind helps gen alpha elect the leaders that they want without being fooled by the lies.
Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead
Zombie survival roguelike. It’s free, open source, and a mature project.
It has its usages. Unfortunately, the market pressures are going to require companies to use them in a way to make investors happy. The average Joe is probably going to have a bad time.
I wonder if we will get to a point where capacitor batteries will be too good.
Can you image a small issue leading to an entire instantaneous energy dump of a large capacity capacitor while on an airplane?
Make me wonder if we will limit how fast a capacitor can discharge in some consumer goods.
I am sorry others didn’t hear you. I saw your edit and I think it makes sense. I hope you feel better soon. Emotions are a wild ride. I know from experience.
I don’t think you are causing any problems by not posting a small description of the project.
Sounds like you just don’t want to, why not just say that?
Didn’t they change license at some point, so it’s no longer open source?
If they do it right, you won’t even notice or feel like you have no choice to buy something.
They want to know you better than you know yourself. I doubt they would be interested in any information you would provide because it would be useless compared to what they can get.
Most of the phyc research is done by large companies to crack all our brains open so we open our wallets.
You’re probably depressed because that is what they want you to be. So you maximize screen time for adds and purchases.
Get mad. Slowly diying while depressed and high is what they want you to do. They set up the system for you to suffer like this. It gives them power and money and they don’t give two shits about you.
Maybe you can’t win. But you can at least be a massive thorn in their side before you go. If you can’t take them down, setup others to take them down. Maybe not this generation, but the next.
Don’t forget to enjoy your life when you can. Without pain, there is no joy.
Who is “they”? You have to find out for yourself. Start by trying to figure out who is benefiting from your suffering. Keep asking questions. Try to make sense of the world. You’re doing good so far.
This happens in close source software too. You just don’t find out about it until it gets bad enough.
I like it. I prefer the honesty.
Withhold your vote and people who don’t care about or like genocide will decide the future of this country.
Na, you are a whiny little bitch and you know it ;)
You can dish it, but you can’t take it. You could have simply denied my claim that you aren’t interested in talking about the problem/solutions. But instead your “direct” dumb ass played the “Who’s upset?” game.
I do appreciate the willingness to hear possible solutions problem though. I think your frustrations with what ifs are valid.
Sorry about getting uppity, but your initial post sounded a lot like the kind of people who want to cause more suffering in the world by denying these problems exist. You got to put those people in their place, you know.
“are we going to finger our assholes”
Most people don’t talk like this when they are emotionally neutral. Are you telling me you’re not upset?
Wait I’m confused. You’re upset that somebody brought up a problem without a solution, and you’re upset about the idea of possible solutions to this problem.
Seems like you just don’t want to talk about this particular problem and have a traumatizing history of failing to convince people to not talk about it or the solutions.
Sounds like weak baby shit to me.
Left wing and right wing are like political vibes. They only make sense when you have more understanding of what the issues are. What they mean can change over time.
I think it’s easier to understand what the individual issues are and why people want them or don’t want them. Then you need to figure out what your ideology is and pick what things you want to support to further your political goals.
I think the only two ways this can happen are is the federal government agrees to the succession or succession by force (aka civil war).
As an experienced Linux user, yes, but as someone who has only used Windows, that wisdom is not in place.
By the time they get burned out by trying two random Distros, they are going to be pissed and if you say “You should have checked” they will remain on Windows out of spite, even after Windows goes under.
Because the average person doesn’t have any real time to think deeply about politics. They believe whatever big media tells them. Some also can’t understand how evil someone people can get.
“Surely the basic logic of how things work must be very consistent in order to have such a large and prosperous country like the USA. I don’t understand it. Probably because I’m missing something not because it’s fundamentally flawed”
