It takes work, and if people don’t want to put in the work then they will never get there.

If you’re not born rich you can become rich (or “comfortable”) later in life. It doesn’t mess you up forever.
If they do, they get down voted.
Mine is basically dead. One person periodically posts a news article but no one comments.
Both Lemmy and Reddit are mostly echo chambers. If you don’t agree with the hive mind, you’re down voted.
There’s nothing wrong with that.
At this point, presently? People
acting like they are experts on Marxism without ever delving into Marxist theory
If you rent at cost or even a little over you’ll go broke. People won’t pay their rent and trash the places. Non-profits are finding out that they can’t even support what they’re trying to do with housing because the actual costs are more than what you think are “at cost”.
So you’d choose senseless violence. Good thing you’re not getting any money.
Why is money your catalyst?
It happens to me as well. If I go slower it recognizes words more accurately.
Mid 30s isn’t “old as fuck”.
That being said, not everyone is destined to be in a relationship. Some people are just socially awkward or annoying to be around and don’t have either the guidance or desire to change.
Some people don’t even realize that they are annoying or off-putting to others, and so they can’t understand why no one will be their friend or get into a relationship with them. Sometimes they tend to blame other people as the problem instead of themselves.
I hardly ever order food to my home. One time in the past 5 years I’ve ordered pizza and had someone deliver it. It’s not worth the cost.
I rarely go out for fast food.
I would prefer a future where criminals were eliminated. I don’t care what race they are.
Being a landlord is a self-employed job. People don’t advertise for self-employed jobs. They do those jobs themselves!
Sounds like you’re the one with the ignorance on the topic.
Being a landlord IS a job. Being a landlord involves work, and work is a job. This is very simple.
“Landlording” is a word. It’s the act of performing the work of a landlord.
Anyone can pay someone else to do work. But the act of hiring others and making sure they’re doing their job is still work.
The majority of landlords are known as “mom and pop” which means they only have a few rentals. Many small landlords don’t hire a large team because there’s not enough money coming in from the rental to do so.
I’ve never seen the video game so there’s lots of questions. I’m only a few episodes in. It would be nice if they had explained some of the background.
A friend who’s really into Fallout showed me some videos about the background lore.
Being a pro golfer isn’t the only way to make money.
