  • Jedi Survivor, Suicide Squad, and Mortal Kombat account for $800M of this list, and none of them came to Game Pass, meaning Microsoft did not opt to spend that money.

Or… no amount of money was enough to make those games cannablize their sales, why do you think it’s only Microsoft making decisions…?

What truth? That Spencer says it profitable, but won’t provide the information to prove it…? Yet all the leaks and information point the opposite direction…? You want the truth, don’t listen to Spencer and read between the lines lmfao. The last person you should be listening to on this, is the one at the top of it.

Provide anything other than Spencer claiming it, I bet while you attempt to find that you’ll find the mountain that’s behind you.

  • Games leave gamepass since when it comes to renewal they don’t want to since streaming cannablizes sales and leads to lower revenue (already said this) so it’s not Microsoft deciding it’s not profitable, it’s the game wanting control back.

Investors don’t care, Microsoft itself is profitable, the gaming division can bleed money and they won’t care, since the parent company will just give them the difference another way.

    Some games cost that much….

Not actually pricing, estimates, but if they were estimating that much, they were liking willing to pay close to it, even half these numbers and it doesn’t look good. Just this collection of games that a drop in the bucket of total games, would cost 1.5 billion dollars. That’s over half their revenue, without even accounting for any operating costs or anything, or the rest of the library.

So, no it is not profitable and it’s hilarious that you’re defending Microsoft for claiming this, why isn’t anyone else other than Microsoft saying the same thing? In fact lots are claiming the opposite since this leak came out and they started looking at the numbers and taking directly to devs involved. Devs hate it

  • It’s not profitable. They say they spend over 1billion dollars a year, but you read some of the deals and they are $200 million for one game… they also say they make $230 million a month. So if they only make 2.7 billion and spend more than a billion a year with some games costing $200 million….

How is it profitable? It’s being supported by Microsoft itself so they can bleed money to crush competition. They are being intentionally vague and not releasing intimation as it would show they are doing very illegal things.

Lots of this stuff came to light during the merger and is available online to view now.

lol, it’s the cheap stuff you soak since you don’t care about it.

If you soak expensive equipment, holy hell you’re just wasting money, buy the cheap stuff and ruin that.

Soaking a sheet pan is a great way to get it rusty, soaking any multi material pot can cause water to get places it shouldn’t and expand and break stuff.

You don’t soak cooking equipment unless you plan on tossing far sooner than other stuff, sorry. You can water your money replacing equipment every few years while other last decades. It’s a simple concept, time or something else like money, you aren’t saving anything by soaking dishes, despite the lies people perpetuate about soaking. It’s corner cutting that costs you later.

  • Microwaving food removes all texture and transforms the food.

The fact that you think it’s the same as cooking everyday is quite frankly astonishing. Yeah if you don’t care about taste, texture, flavour, etc. microwaving meal prepped food scan save you a bunch of time.

How would meal prepping 5 different meals to deteriorate in the fridge be even remotely similar to making it that day? You’re giving up almost everything to save 30 minutes a day. Thats a terrible deal lmfao.

  • Buying online is more expensive than in store, again giving up something instead of time.

Not even freshly cooked, a microwaved pizza and one warmed up on a cast iron are two entirely different experiences and time factors. You’re giving something up when you want to save that time, and most of the time it’s just money, but that’s not a solution for everyone.

  • No ones said groceries everyday, but 2 hours divided by 7 days is about 20 minutes a day.

It is efficient, but you won’t have texture in your food, you are absolutely giving up something to save on that time. Even cutting your potatoes and cooking them everyday wouldn’t be the same as cutting and cooking that day. And buying pre prepped is more pricey as well, so you’re spending money to save time.

Yes, microwaving food isn’t Magic, it destroyed texture and changes to structure in a lot of food as well.

  • Meal prep is an end to a means, you’re not getting the variety that your body needs and quite frankly, a lot of people don’t like microwave food, let alone 5 meals in a row.

If you aren’t spending your time doing it, you’re either buying pre preprocessed stuff, or are giving up fresh quality food for microwaved repetitiveness.

  • Food can also be 5 minutes a day if you use paper plates and microwave pizza pops for every meal.

You’re paying with something else if it’s not your time.

Eating proper nutritious meals and not having others to share the burden with adds time. 15 minutes of cleanup for 4 people would be an hour for a single person, granted there is less overall to do, but now you need to each task alone.
