Pretty much none of these are based in any sort of evidence though. This time we have concrete evidence that our environment is in a runaway loop past the point of repair. We have guaranteed proof that we have already destroyed our planet’s biosphere. The melting ice caps by themselves are already a self-sustaining heat loop even without additional help.

This is not “I declare that Jesus will return in 184 months and then the rapture will happen” like pretty much every other prediction of apocalypse. This is not “the Mayan calendar runs out this year so the world is going to end”. This is not “the Bible said we’re going to have Revelations this year”. This is known fact.

How is it that you, me, everybody, everybody’s cousin, and also the FBI were all fully aware that Trump & Co were guaranteed going to try and cheat the election, and yet the first moment all the republican electors come out and say “Yep Trump wins!! Naproxen is my number one go-to answer for any sort of minor aches and pains. Headache? Cured. Muscle pains? It doesn’t get rid of them, but it does make it a lot less noticeable. Hangover, stomach ache, stubbed toe, hurt feelings? Naproxen has you covered. Love that stuff.

It will, however, cause internal bleeding if you drink alcohol while on it. So maybe don’t do that. I don’t drink so I love the stuff.

Pretty sure it does, actually. If I look up a route and my partner looks up the same route at the same time both from within our house, mine usually has about a 3-5 minute faster eta.

I do a lot of highway driving. It’ll frequently tell me “in X miles take the exit towards [whatever]” but it will refuse to tell me what exit number I’m looking for until I’m within a mile or two of it. This is frequently a problem when I have exits with A/B/C branches which is often. I don’t give a shit if I’m exiting towards I40, just tell me I’m exiting on 13B, and tell me that from the beginning.

It used to do this, it changed a couple years ago, and I’ve been pissed off about it every time I’ve had to drive somewhere since then.

It’ll also randomly change voices on me, it’ll flip flop constantly between the American accent and a thick British accent. No rhyme or reason to it either, it’ll be a different voice on the same turn on a different day. Drives me nuts.
