Yeah you can even postprocess it to be pretty similar to pixel art from the render

Lemmy’s mostly alright, it’s nice that it is more politically open, though I’ve seen a lot I don’t agree with from some groups, namely hexbear, but also a bit from other places. ml is a mixed bag for me but at least you can just straight up block things easily.
My interests are more about the actual engineering involved, like it’s crazy how we can throw a piece of metal kilometres away to within a metre. And there’s something satisfying about how they fit together. But yeah I wouldn’t trust anyone with guns.
I guess some people enjoy ads
I could deny that a human’s experience has any value, true. But I generally don’t.
Not normally, that wouldn’t make much sense. It’s easier to just say you signed an NDA and anyone with sense knows you’re not allowed to talk about the work.
Yeah that’s what we do, whisper lists for everyone who needs to do inter-section Comms. Everyone else is just in the discord channels. It’s not perfect but it’s worked for years now
We use it for additional comms in foxhole, can’t be in multiple channels at once and we’ve got about 8 groups that need to communicate between each other
I’ve become used to an alt modifier being typically negative and shift positive so ctrl+alt+a would be more like the unselect all and shift would add to a selection (though I guess you can’t add more to the selection after “all”)
Oh my bad, I forgot to put it in, looks like it’s already got a reply though.
CDDA probably. One of the more comprehensive zombie survival experiences
I mean a 12.7 in the engine is still going to ruin the performance.
Yeah, salad theory is more comprehensive https://saladtheory.github.io/
It means “sprinkle” so yeah I guess.
Yeah, it seems like people just lose all reasoning when that’s the subject of the argument.
Yeah it’s definitely not the cheap option but it’s still nice to have occasionally
Yeah, I only joined shitjust works because that’s where the cdda Lemmy is and that’s the first thing I used it for, didn’t even know people think it’s a political instance. Though I guess with the hexbears and lemmygrads everything’s political somehow. That’s why I generally avoid dealing with them anyway.
I looked at some of the files in that game and experienced severe pain. Did you know the audio log objects take up like 7gb because the assets are copied in their entirety for each notebook page. So instead of sharing textures for the parts of the notebook each page has its own complete book material in unnecessary resolution. Also pretty sure the audio could be squished down more. Anyway that’s just one small part of it. The maps are insanely big in terms of disk size.
I guess geedubbs just got the wrong memo when they created the ecclesiarchy
I played it for a few hours a while back, it was alright. It also took me a couple of times to get into factorio so I can understand. Still prefer factorio though, great art style, incredibly polished game.
