It’s hard to find people who do. There isn’t a meditation community here so I made one ( !meditation@leminal.space )

Meditation is pretty great.

    yep once or twice a week for 10 mins or so. i use very basic audio-guided mindfulness. very basic words, no music or specific topics.

    make me feel refreshed and relaxed, just feels healthy
