There’s still no mainstream competitor for Reddit. I love Lemmy, but the idea that someone with little to no computer expirence is going to find it easy to join and use is laughable.

If your girlfriend/boyfriend hit you with a baseball bat but then said sorry didn’t realize you would leave me I wont hit you again. Would you go back?

Also I may switch to kbin because it seems like it is more friendly with lemmy instances, than lemmy is with kbin instances. I wish there were more instance providers for it though. kbin.social is slow.
